And all at one post, amazingly. Here are the things I learned.
First, I learned that Wendy "Girl on the Right" Sullivan is a liar:
Take liberal Canadian blogger Canadian Cynic. He used to have a whole category labeled “Cunt”, ...
and when she is politely but firmly called on her lie, she classlessly and gracelessly issues, not a correction, retraction or apology, but a "clarification":
My clarification:
It’s not a category, but it might as well be…
http://canadiancynic.blogspot.com/search?q=cunt
…I thought it was, since it’s so plentiful.
RG
In other words, she lied but it's apparently an understandable lie since it reflected reality as Wendy wanted it to be, rather than as it actually is. Such is the worldview of conservatives -- a reality shaped by desires rather than empirical evidence. Oh, and petulant classlessness and a refusal to admit when they've just plain fucked up. That, too.
Next (and to my undying astonishment), I learned that posting someone's already-public contact information on the Interwebz does not constitute threatening behaviour after all:
CC : Those students released their own private information including their phone numbers in their own press release. Michelle merely quoted it.
Lessons to be learned there. First of all don’t reveal information you don’t want on the front page of a newspaper on the internet. Secondly, if you do, and it does end up on the front page of a newspaper, you have nobody to blame but yourself.
Thus endeth the lesson….and this stupid debate.

The NAMBLA-powered Dick Evans might want to take note of this. And if he doesn't like it, he can take it up with Kevin.
And, finally, I learned that, as a blogger, I apparently suck:
I have a question, why does anybody even acknowledge the vile filth, otherwise known as ‘canadian cynic?’
This morons biggest response to a post is 11 comments, with 7 coming from bi-guy. It appears his overall average is 2 comments per post.
I believe the refutation to that bit of idiocy is self-evident.
In short, from a single post at Wendy's place, I've learned that conservatives are lying, graceless, unapologetic, two-faced, hypocritical wanks.
And they can't count. That, too.

I always love these rightards who wonder why anyone would pay attention to you (or me) and follow that up with a careful, precise analysis of someone's output that obviously relies on long-term observation.
Blog "Irwin Daisy"...he/she is a lurker par excellence.
I'm really starting to believe that these people don't even know when they're lying. And that's scary.
"Blog 'Irwin Daisy'" should have been "Google 'Irwin Daisy.'"
