A double shot of Saskatchewan douchebaggery this morning.

Via the good doctor, we have the unfortunate scenario of a Blogging Tory, Nazi-sympathizing racist homophobe and airbrush artist from rural Saskatchewan attempting international literary criticism:

The obvious rebuttal took, literally, milliseconds of thought:

Some snark really does write itself, doesn't it?

Obviously he never heard of the Shakespeare of the Islamic world, Jalaludin Rumi, may his name be a blessing.

There is some kiss we want with
our whole lives, the touch of

spirit on the body. Seawater
begs the pearl to break its shell.

And the lily, how passionately
it needs some wild darling! At

night, I open the window and ask
the moon to come and press its

face against mine. Breathe into
me. Close the language-door and

open the love window. The moon
won't use the door, only the window.

What kind of blogger can't find Wikipedia?

The kind of blogger who believes that Wikipedia, like all manifestations of Teh Media, has a known liberal bias.

And the kind of blogger who specializes in dishonesty.

Funny how they are often the same blogger.

Dear kai_wolf:

1) It's funny the first time. Not quite so funny the second time. That's generally how humour works.

2) I recommend you look up how to comment with hyperlinks. They're not hard. Well, for most of us, they're not hard.

3) It's spelled "absolutely."

Dear CC:

1) You're not the arbiter of humour. And that is why its called mockery.

2) I don't quite care about putting that much effort when responding to the general stupidity on your blog

3) See #2

Are we done here? Yes, it seems we are.

Two comments and yet he's too disinterest to code a link?

What a tool.

Try repeating the same kai-wolf comment at neo-wanker's and watch it get summarily deleted...

During the golden age of Islamic history in Mesopotamia and al-andalus, it is well known that Islamic scholars were literary giants in the civilized world. Historically, Baghdad was at the epicentre of culture and literature from the 9th to 13th centuries, or until the Mongols destroyed them.
